completion of Zone 3

December 2009 marked the successful completion of a contract taken up with WIND Hellas to coordinate the implementation & secure the 12,4m€ government subsidy for building a new ADSL2+ broadband access and FO & μW backbone networks in southwest Greece.

The networks were built in Peloponnese, Crete and other islands, consisting of 700km of fiber optic backbone, 260km of submarine fiber optic cable, 10 PoP sites and 87 access sites and giving 2-play broadband services to a population of 860,000 people in 300,000 households.
